PDF Astrology Report API
Generate branded, personalized Western astrology PDF reports through one API endpoint. Build reports that can reach about 20 pages and up to 9,000 words, with custom chapters, chart styling, footer labels, and profile logo branding.

Endpoint overview
Send birth data and set psychological_report.enabled=true. Keep mode: "async", choose output_format: "pdf", then poll with next_poll_after_seconds until completed or receive a webhook callback.
PDF delivery: include the natal chart, profile branding logo, custom footer label, and your own chapter structure.
Output mode: fetch the completed report as PDF, structured JSON, or markdown depending on your product flow.
Test chart: the published synthetic demo chart can be used for endpoint testing with no report credit burn.
Production: all non-demo birth data consumes report credits on fresh generation.

Can I use a free account to generate reports?
Yes. A free account can use the report builder and the published synthetic demo chart for testing without consuming report credits. Fresh production reports for real client birth data use dedicated report credits.
How much do reports cost?
Fresh production generation consumes 1 report credit. Paid plans include monthly report credits, and additional report-credit packs are available when you need more volume.
Can I change the chart appearance at the beginning of the PDF?
Yes. The report payload can include chart styling options for colors, rings, labels, aspect lines, glyph sizing, house display, and footer label. The custom report builder exposes those controls visually.
Can I change the fonts or text color inside the written report?
Not yet through the public report settings. You can currently control the footer label, profile logo, chart styling, report structure, tone, depth, and content instructions. Full PDF typography and body text color controls are planned for a later styling pass.
Can I make a report focused on karma, depth psychology, relationships, or a specific astrology style?
Yes. The content editor lets you define chapters, instructions, evidence topics, and focus areas, so you can build a karmic report, a psychological report, a relationship report, or a structure based on your own astrology methodology.
Can I add my own logo?
Yes. Upload a profile-level branding image from the Delivery panel in the report builder. PDF downloads made with an API key owned by that user can include the stored logo automatically.
Can I sell these reports to my clients?
Yes, the flow is built for client delivery and white-label products. Your pricing depends on your market, brand, consultation package, and how much human review or follow-up you add around the generated PDF.
How much can I sell a report for?
FreeAstroAPI does not set your client pricing. Some businesses use generated reports as low-cost digital products, while others bundle them into higher-value consultations, onboarding flows, or membership experiences.
Can I rewrite or edit the generated reports on my end?
Yes. The API is designed so you can use, edit, reformat, and present generated report content in your own product experience. You remain responsible for your final wording, compliance, and client-facing claims.
Do I have to wait on the request while the report is generated?
No. Report generation is async. You can poll the report job, use a webhook callback, or let your backend notify the user when the 5-10 minute generation pipeline is complete.
