Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FreeAstroAPI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Usage Guidelines

You agree to use the API only for lawful purposes. You may not use the API in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

• Free Tier users are limited to 80 requests per day.
• Commercial use is permitted for all tiers.
• We reserve the right to terminate keys that abuse the service.

3. Payments and Billing

Paid plans, report credits, invoices, and payment methods are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. By purchasing a paid plan or report credits, you authorize the applicable charges shown at checkout, including any taxes where required.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period.
• You can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellations from the dashboard or Stripe customer portal.
• Plan changes may affect access limits, quotas, and renewal pricing as described at checkout.

4. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, was duplicated, or involved a technical issue preventing access to the purchased service, contact us within 14 days of the charge so we can review it.

• Subscription cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically refund the current billing period.
• Used report credits are not refundable. Unused report credit purchases may be reviewed case by case.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

5. Disclaimer

The astrological data provided is for entertainment and educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or predictive nature of the data.
